Who is eligible?
- You must be a Lebanese citizen for at least 10 years and a resident of Lebanon.
- Your age should be at least 21 and be able to settle 3/4 of the loan before 64.
- Your total monthly income, including your spouse’s income should be at least LBP 600,000 and should not
exceed 10 times the Minimum Wage (currently 300,000 x 10 = LBP 3 Million).
- You must not be an already homeowner the location of which is 25 km from your work address.
What are the terms of the loan?
- First degree mortgage over property in favor of the Bank.
- Assignment to the Bank of a Life and Disability Insurance policy and a Fire Insurance Policy for the entire duration of the loan.
What are the advantages?
You will be exempt from the following:
- All related fees to the real estate guarantees.
- Home registration fees.
- Fiscal stamps on all legal documents.
- Interest rate varies every 2 years according to the Lebanese Treasury Bills.
The Bank shall have the right at its own discretion to modify, suspend or terminate the loan without any prior notice.
